Get to Know Me

As someone who thrives in customer service, Geneva Warden had wanted to work in the real estate industry since a young age. The lifelong Santa Cruz resident found her fit with the Madani Team ‚ as one of the most successful real estate teams in Santa Cruz County‚ and to it, she has added to the energy and kindness clients have come to expect from Room Real Estate.
 
Geneva was originally drawn to the fast-paced, ever-changing atmosphere of real estate, with each transaction and client being different from the last. Her prowess for organization and quick thinking were a natural fit for real estate and helped her thrive in the demanding environment.
 
However, after she began working in the field in 2017, she became more invested in helping people transition into different stages of their lives: settle into their forever homes, move up from a starter house, or downsize to prepare for retirement. Her concern for her clients and ambitious and loyal personality is reflected in how she handles each transaction with care and compassion.
 
Coming from a deep customer service background in which she worked at a bank and in administrative roles for various companies, Geneva picked up the necessary skills to effortlessly maneuver through difficult situations and help meet her client's needs.

When Geneva is not working in the ever evolving profession of real estate, she enjoys reading and traveling to new and exciting places.
